macOS 27.0.1: the first bug-fix update for Golden Gate

Applies to macOS 27 Golden GateReviewed 2 November 2026Tested on macOS 27.21 min read

Short answer

macOS 27.0.1 came out on 28 September 2026, two weeks after macOS 27, as build 26A434. Apple described it only as bug fixes, and users reported that the Mission Control and external display problems were still there. It's been replaced by macOS 27.2, so if you're on 27.0 or 27.0.1, update straight to 27.2.
